Over the past few months when iv finished feeding at the shop I pop in and take the plastic bags to the bins up in the varpark well its usually young people working late at night and that carpark isn't bright enough so it's my little help to try and make sure everyone is OK tonight I took the bags and off I went around the corner uuuups landed on my side on the ground icy surface twas a good thump but had a look around make sure I wasn't seen gathering the bags and off I went but the area around the entrance to the carpark was lethal I wasn't minding what I was doing will before careful tomorrow night but they need to salt there cos some old person might get a nasty landing isn't it a good job iv bouncy bones

I wish my bones were like a 21 year old's! I've got arthritis in both knees and painful hips. I'd be fine if I never had to go up stairs, steps or steep hills.

Take care spider this ice is nasty, I still remember taking a right purler a few years ago. I'd tried to avoid some iced packed snow just outside my drive as I was clearing the snow away & stepped on some black ice, trying to recover I stepped on more. I was Ok but the bruising from the fall was spectacular!! |

Yes be very careful spider I have a fractured coccyx from Riley pulling me down in the black ice 🧊 and it’s very painful at times and with me for life ☹️ |

Thanks everyone I must have had lots of padding the way I landed 😀 I didn't even brush I though I would have had a bit on the palm of the hand but nothing god love the girls in the shop salted it afterwards
