ππ Pleased it turned out great did you rest it after ?cazypops ? Once the air fryer finish, I just left it in there while I finished off doing the gravy and veg in the microwave. About 5 minuets or so.

That looks really good cazypops . I would have to cook it for longer to get it all crispy. lotsofcats , all the outside was rally crispy, I've never got it as crispy in the oven. I had the leftovers today on my butties, for my dinner.

chantel don't be scared just go for it, if it's not quite right when it comes out you always have the option to finish it in the oven. If it's a bit overdone the fur babies will enjoy it instead.
According to my book chart, a whole chicken is 185*c for 1 hour and 10 mins. Start the breast side down, and turn halfway.

My book says 2.2kg Chicken rub with oil turn half way 190* 40 - 45 Mins. Agree re cook with breast side down as all the juices run thru it as opposed to the other way , down side skin doesnt get crisped and brown . Give me a tasty juicy Albino Chicken any day

My drum sticks were a little over done , at 20 mins 185* will drop time down to 18 mins and check after that, I had already dropped heat setting down by 5* anyway

We are having lamb chops today in the air fryer. Can't wait. So disappointed when I got home and hubby had grilled the lamb chops instead, and they weren't very crispy.
