I’m just asking because my neighbour has three and she’s known not to take the best care of her animals. I know very little about horses but hers look incredibly skinny to me and I was wondering if anyone else thought the same?   Sorry they aren’t very good pictures. The horses ribs are definitely noticeable though. I can always try to get better ones later |

Yes they are defiantly too think, In my opinion they are being neglected. IS there any chance you could talk to the local animal protection? Good luck. I can make an anonymous report but I am worried she’ll know it’s me. There’s only one other household that lives up this road, and they told me they once told her to take better care of her animals or they’d report her. I guess the horses had gotten into their orchard a few times and destroyed it |
