It's not THE best pic as I didn't realise the light was so rubbish but the open wound is now a completely scabbed over and healing nicely wound

I spray some leucillin on 3 x daily and it's definitely doing the trick

Skin around the scab is a lovely pink healthy colour which is great.

I'll get a better photo today outside in natural light.
