Thanks caz2golden Thats a bit worrying. Poor birds and I dare say all other sea creatures that have come in to contact with it and been affected. Bound to be us stupid humans dumping something we shouldn't be?!?!?

They now think it is a polyisobutene (PIB). Don't know what that is!! From a news article boats use it. If a boat has an accidental spill they are suppose to report to authorities! A similar thing happened earlier in the year (I think that was Dorset)
