Otto is acting a bit odd at the moment. Well he's fine in personality and he's eating, but every time someone touches his snout he whimpers. I think a trip to the vets is in order, but does anyone have an idea as to what it could be? The dogs only came out of kennels a few days ago, so whether he's got in a scrap and has been bitten, or been stung by something, we don't know.

It could be anything really, I think only a vet could identify the problem.
Personally, I'd give it a few days and see if it heals itself, it may just be a little sore.

Oops just realised I posted this in the wrong section! Today he was eating a chew and there was blood on it, I think if it happens again we will take him o the vets, just to check that it isn't gum disease or anything like that!

Jasper started to get blood on his chews and he needed a dental. What is he like eating dry food, does he look like he struggles? How old is he? What condition are his teeth in? Does his breath stink? Jasper had HORRIFIC breath, if it is gum disease and it is caught early enough it should just be a scale and polish

He's having dry mixed with wet at the moment! He's five, and his teeth are in pretty good condition, but his breath stinks! My dad accidently touched his snout again and he yelped, so my mum and dad are going to have a look for anything unusual.

I would take him to the vets. Like SarahHound said, it could be anything! Is there anything you can see on his snout?
