I genuinely think for some people, it can. Others, nothing will bring them happiness. Depends on the person and their circumstances. I don't think money would make me truly happy, but it would definitely make me happier.

I don't think money would make me truly happy, but it would definitely make me happier.I don't think it can be put much better than that. I know myself I'd rather have the money through a well paying job than it being handed to me through family or the lotto. Lotto winners seem to run out of luck once they get the jackpot don't they? Having money definitely makes things easier, especially nowadays but it really does depend on the person I think.

I think that money wont give you the true happiness that being with the ones you love will. But it can make you a little happier. Especially if it takes the pressures off your everyday life, like if you normally worry about the bills coming in the door or if your car doesn't pass it's M.O.T etc.

A very elderly lady once stated people who chase money are never happy.Looking around at such people, she was spot on,as once they have what they wanted, they are not satisfied and want more, plus they never even seem to look happy.I can't stand people who win the lottery and then don't spend much,I think it's such a waste as you could do an awful lot of good with it.Loved the couple who spent most of their winnings on the scouts and giving children holidays etc,now that couldn't fail to make anyone happy.

I think me and my mam would be happier if we didn't have to stress about money. I only get £80 a week and she works full time in a supermarket for peanuts (not literal peanuts lol)
While we cope, it would be nice to have a little but of money behind us, in case we need it. However I don't see the point in earning money and squirrelling it ALL away and not be able to enjoy it I'd be much happier in a little house with some land, lots of dogs and people that don't bring me down!
