Hello thought I'd be unashamedly nosey and pose the above question. For me, it was Overcoming depression - a way out of your prison by Dorothy Rowe. I am now looking to read things which are uplifting and joyful as I feel I need to move on to the next phase of my life embracing a happier and healthier way of being.

Sadly, although I love reading, I'm not sure that any books has inspired me. They've made me laugh, cry or just simply enjoyed a story (fact or fiction) or even thing why did I ever start this but I don't h think inspire has really applied to any. Glad to hear what did inspire you & hope you can find the happier way forward

I have read many books which I have enjoyed Like the others how many are inspirational I am not sure!!
However this book sits in my head as one where my perceptions changed about something. p.s if you dont want to be in floods of tears miss out the last chapter, The end of the book is truly devastating.

I have never actually felt inspired by reading a book, but they have been enjoyable to me.
