Glad that story had a good outcome.
A reminder to all that it's not just dogs but cats as well that suffer from eating raisins. I'll post a link to this thread in the cat section as well.

Might be worth one of the admins making a sticky thread in the 'health and nutrition' section listing foods, plants etc that are poisonous to dogs (& cats)

I am so glad that Charlie is okay now!!!! A lot of things are poisoning to dogs but a lot of people just don't realize!! (&cats). I know someone who he feeds his dogs human food and always has done. There is two which have died of poisoning and his Jack Russell, Hubble died not long ago in his sleep (he wasn't even that old - about 7/8) and that's young for a JRT - Hubble was fed onions and things!! I think they need to wise up a bit and feed them proper food!! He currently has two dogs (one a Border Terrier who is about 11 and the other a young Lurcher cross). It doesn't matter how many times we tell him either - we don't mean to nag at him, but we are just warning him!! Such a shame, for the dogs!!
