a neighbour told me on thursday he heard cats crying the night before in his bushes.he hates cats too. he went down to the bush in his garden to find a mam cat thin and ragged spewing up leaves and twigs to feed herself as she was feral, staving and gave birth alone to 5 kittens to which 1 had died.my neighbours gave them milk to keep mam alive as she was struggling as she was starving herself.cpl were called and took them into care

Oh Jacs thats no way to live - poor mum and kitties. Well done for getting the CPL to assist - please keep us updated. Such a sad tale.

That was really good of your neighbour especially as he hates cats. Hope the cpl got them in time.

my neighbour hasnt heard anything else as cpl have took over and cpl are not helpful if i ask anything.

I can only imagine they have guide lines that limit the amount of information they can give out after a rescue. Still not very nice of them - but the main thing is they are safe thanks to you Jac.

Poor mites, what a tough start. Good on you and your neighbour for getting them sorted. They'll grow up and get homes now instead of being poorly strays. x x
