jolanta, you sound like you are disappointed that in only 1 - 2 hrs you have not had any replies! Afraid many of us work / in education etc during the day so you are more likely to get replies in the evening!
In answer to your question I have never considered an anti bark collar.
If you have problematic barking dogs then it is best to seek professional advice from a dog trainer who will help you understand the real reason your dogs are barking.
Who already have problems with annoying barking? Who already tried anti bark collar or want to try it?
Well, I've got a dog and he barks. If you don't like dogs barking, don't have a dog. If you are thinking of anti-bark collar type devices, you probably SHOULDN'T have a dog! These devices are both barbaric and ineffective in the long term. Hope this helps!
What I can say it's kinda hot debate among the dog owners about the anti bark collar. Some feel it is very cruel to utilize the anti bark collar to your own beloved dog, it means you do not spend a good time with your dog and you do not understand its behaviour.
Others feel like just a little bit shock or very light shock with nothing hurt at all to a dog could make the dog realized some certain rule or maybe act like to behave in certain circumstances. It works like a barrier and of course a good training must be conducted first before anyone need to try the anti collar bark.
For whatever reason, in the end, you need to understand your dog and only you know the dog better, you need to know why your dog barks before applying the anti bark collar. The collar might be the last solution ever.
