Has anyone used this? www.riaflex.co.uk/products/yea-sacc-1026-1/ Just wondering if it might be an idea to help Phoebe and Gypsy. Phoebe is suffering with her allergies. I believe that if you can help the inside it can often help on the outside and wondering if by helping gut health it might help her allergies! Gypsy and her pancreatitis means her digestive system needs as much support as I can offer her. At the moment we use Lypex that helps with digestive enzymes but nothing to help with generalized gut health. My only worry is it is a yeast based product and so wondering if in regards to allergies it might be counterproductive.

I haven’t seen that one, and I spent ages looking at all the different digestive supplements when I was looking at one for Alfie! It looks good but probably a no-go for Alfie as it’s yeast based (?) and he gets yeasty paws & skin - that might be something to consider if yeast ever plays a part in your girls allergies?
I am using Optidigest from Zooplus with each meal and it’s done wonders for Alfie’s digestion (he was often quite soft on the new food, high veg content!) and then he gets Dorwest tree barks powder before bed as that’s meant to be good for the digestive system too and preventing nausea which KD dogs can be prone to.
I would be interested in what it’s like if you do try it.

HI ... as you may or may not remember my Candy had all sorts of allergies.. i went to a homeopathic vet.. she drug free now... But if she get the odd smelly ear or slight soft poo i start giving her probiotic everyday.. then i go back to giving probiotic 3/4 times a week... i found it stops everything getting worse.. keeps her gut in balance and healthy... ... ..... A family member phoned a Homeopathic vet they was happy to chat to her over phone and send her the right probiotic for her dog.. theres so many out there hard to know what to buy ... hopefully you have got one by now... and your seeing a improvement... ... i have with Candy.... x
