I'm glad we sorted out insurance for Loki & Phoebe a few months ago because the vet found a heart murmur when she checked Phoebe out last month She reckons it's only affecting one valve (?) so nothing to worry unduly about and chances are it'll never affect our darling girlie's quality of life or fitness etc. We're lucky in that our vet doesn't believe in putting animals through unnecessary tests so she said it's on her records and something she'll check at her yearly vaccination appointment. I'm not worried or panicking - what will be, will be For now she's a very healthy, fit, happy girl and covered up to £4k so that should cover any future op

Thank goodness you have her insured @gillykat68, just in case any treatment is needed in the future. I have just renewed Kai Ruki's insurance with Animal Friends. Tesco were putting his policy up to £26+ per month and I have a similar one with Animal Friends for £13.
