I am getting lax at putting things on here!
They have been getting a mix of things over last week or so.
Bone element of diet has been things like duck or chicken necks, quail, minced pigeon, minced pheasant and minced rabbit. We have got a bit stuck on the beef liver and kidney and lamb hearts. Must try and rotate them out a bit more than I have been. They have had a lot of fish recently. Some has been white fish to try and lower the fat content of overall meal for Gypsy. Should be giving them a few more eggs than I have been. Most of the meat has been turkey, veal and the odd bit of exotic (ostrich) or beef.
Tomorrow have got some lamb chunks out for Phoebe as she does not need the low fat diet Gypsy does.

Cos of work being busy at the moment am mostly feeding completes / whole prey minces. Mostly it is the MVM dinners range at the moment with the odd packet of Naturaw, paleoridge or Kiezebrink pigeon (not forgetting sprats and the odd egg)! Bit restricted as it is mostly chicken and beef so must keep eye out on next order to make it more varied. Have a number of completes with tripe in but dad was really put out when I last fed tripe cos of the smell so sort of need the folks to have a break away to feed those items!
Also got a way too lax at writing their food diary up (at least a month behind) so at some point I have a mammoth task of writing that up! I have feeling the calcs to work out approx fat content for Gypsy might never get done!

Right now Jasper is totally off his food. The only thing I can get him to eat is maybe a chicken wing, but he's now wanting Royal Canin, and that has to be put in his Kong. God what have I created, the fussy little so and so.

God what have I created, the fussy little so and so. How pleased am I that Beau has had same food for past 9 1/2 yrs, hes eager to eat it , he doesn't complain not even when he has to have his arthriade squirted on his morning feed and his plaqueoff sprinkled on his evening meal. he gets his milk bones in between meals.

Just generally not been on PC in a while, still having issues with it that driving me around the bend! Anyway long story short just written up over a months worth of doggy food diary (while turning the air blue when it messes about!).
Now need to now spend next few weeks trying to balance things a bit better as a few things have gone a little off plan!! Gypsy needs more liver and Phoebe more other offal. Both short on heart and both want my folks to go away so they can have more tripe!
Though saying that today they are having Paleo ox heart, tripe and chicken complete (shh do not tell my mum!, got to sneak it in somehow!!), pigeon mince and MVM Chicken dinner. Have not decided on the extras yet!
Yesterday it was Chicken dinner, pigeon mince, an egg and mackerel. They also had dog greens supplement, watermelon and 1/2 a peach each!
Recently got some smartbarf to add a couple of times a week. They get it in a separate bowl re-hydrated and they seem to like it, so far only had it a couple of times.

Case of cats away the mice do play again. I am babysitting mums dog while while parents are away in Corsica.
Sophie has been sharing a lot of the fruit and veg my dogs have had. Not always her usual extras but think she has liked what I have given her. She has also had normal extras i.e cooked chicken and eggs alongside her normal dog food.
Mine have had the following for the last few days (as tripe can be fed when mum and dad are away most of it is tripe based!)
Saturday * Lamb tripe and turkey complete * MVM chicken dinner * MVM turkey and offal * Nectarine * Apple * Smartbarf
Sunday * Paleo beef heart, beef tripe and chicken complete * Lamb tripe and turkey complete * Duck heart * Liver * Nectarine * Dog greens * Rosehip powder * Brussel sprouts
Monday * Paleo beef heart, beef tripe and chicken complete * Kidney * Duck feet * Beef chunks * Mackerel * Garden Spinach * Garden Apples * Garden raspberries
Tuesday * Paleo lamb tripe and partridge complete * Mackerel * Kidney * Beef chunks * Broccoli * Garden apples
Yesterday * Paleo lamb tripe and partridge complete * Paleo beef heart, beef tripe and chicken complete * Beef chunks * Smartbarf * Rosehip powder * Dog greens * Cooked carrot
Today * Paleo beef heart, beef tripe and chicken complete * Liver * Lung * Mussels * Chicken thigh * MVM turkey and rabbit mince * Apples from garden

Well, since the time I got these Dogsee Chew treats for my dog, he has been obsessed with it. He generally has dinner at around 5:30 pm with a cooked meal I prepare for him and if he is a good boy, then I allow him the Dogsee Chew treats before going to sleep.

Got some papayas on reduced, starting chopping one up for dogs dinner last nights and realized that there was way too much for one meal so the packet is now going to last 4 meals rather than just the 2 I was mentally calculating for!
I also got a pumpkin. I think it was last year when I said I would leave till closer to Halloween before getting it and then they sold out, got in early this year! Now just got to get around to preparing it for the girls as they both love it but also need to store some so maybe will wait till after food delivery next week!
Today the dogs will be having pigeon mince, rabbit mince and some duck hearts.

Alfie loved the Paleo completes (of course!) so we've been using them for a few months now - just find it so much easier than having to prep all his food which always took me ages and was a bit awkward with such a small amount of freezer space, one of their taster boxes is just the right amount for the space I have. I just add my own eggs & other extras

The other thread I tried to post on and the post seems to have failed!
I bought the dogs a pumpkin and finally got around to preparing it. They do seem to like it! They like the smartbarf which I give a couple of times a week. Dad has allowed me to raid the spinach from the garden along with some raspberries so they have been getting them once or twice a week. Otherwise it has been things that are on offer at tesco like kale, swede etc.
Meat wise I am currently struggling to get boneless chunks from supplier, anyone else having that issue?
They have had quite a bit of pigeon and rabbit minces of late so not ordered them for next month. They have had some chicken hearts, beef spleen and pigs pancreas for a change. I have been trying to feed slightly more fish than I have been!
