If you want to improve the health of your dog's heart Bakers offer their so-called "Healthy Hearts" treats. You might, of course, regard the pairing of 'Bakers' with 'Healthy' inappropriate!!
Here is the ingredient list for these health-giving morsels -
Cereals
Vegetable Protein Extracts
Meat and Animal Derivatives (min. 4% Meat)
Various Sugars
Minerals
Oils and Fats
Milk and Milk Derivatives
Derivatives of Vegetable Origin
With Antioxidants
And if you think THAT lot will improve your dog's heart - you're a MUG!
These things are still widely available BUT if you look at Bakers website you find that there has been a change of name! What were 'Bakers Healthy Hearts' are now listed under a new name - 'Bakers Mini Hearts'! I wonder why? Perhaps their legal advisers suggested that the original name was (how shall I put it?) a little misleading for their customers, perhaps!
