We always used to get asked if we had any questions for the Your Dog magazine, be it just comments or questions for the experts. Looks like we are no longer asked!  Was thinking perhaps it would be good to start a thread so that if we had any questions that perhaps are good for the magazine we can add them here (perhaps as well as on the main forum) so that the your dog team can put them to the experts etc. What do you all think? I agree, I used to go on yourpet a lot and your dog but recently noticed that the your pet TV Has not been updated in ages ( my concerns are... Are they loosing interest and concentrating on F.B ? ) I have been a member coming up for 2 years now, I really would hate to lose this forum. This thread is a good start but if you do not tag admin then whose to say they will even know how you are feeling ?

I've had the feeling the we are the 'poor relations' of FB. Your Dog used to publish our experiences/suggestions/comments from this website. Not for a long time now. I don't think they even bother to read anything on this forum. Is this an omen? Are they going to pull the plug again?

I've had the feeling the we are the 'poor relations' of FB. Your Dog used to publish our experiences/suggestions/comments from this website. Not for a long time now. I don't think they even bother to read anything on this forum. Is this an omen? Are they going to pull the plug again? Have to admit this is a concern for several of us  They don't update yourpet area as often, I used to get video's off there every other day, but last ones have been there way before Christmas. So whats the FB area like ? is it still a forum then zahada ? |

F.B isn't so much a forum scallywag as they'll make a post and then everyone can comment on it. You can't really have conversations with others as you can on here. So I hope they don't pull the plug on us If worse came to worst (I don't even know if that's the right phrase?), how would everyone feel about us creating a F.B group of our own? If we made it a closed group, we would be the only ones who could access it and we could make posts as we do on here. As the group would be smaller than the main YD one is, we could easily have conversations. But on the YD page, they have so many followers that comments would get swallowed up quite quickly. |

I think a closed FB group would be a great idea, I have done that before with other forums and it works great. Not everyone on here uses FB though |

I don't have facebook but I think it's a good idea! I'd have to get it just for that!  It would be such a shame if the forum stopped. I'd definitely still want to keep in touch with all the lovely people on here! |

Maybe this thread will be read by Admin and a post to put our minds at rest  will be made. Guessing how the last forum was moved to here with not much notice to you, I fully understand your concerns. As for them not reading the posts thats not un reasonable as they have a job to do. Just hope they don't see this as flogging a dead horse draining money from their magazine. EDIT nothing will get me on F.B sorry guys . |
