Using an Adaptil Plug-in around where Rosa is kept enclosed might help keep her calmer - just a thought?
I defiantly recommend starting again with her alone-time training, and just leaving the house for a few minutes at a time, then coming back and acting normal around her like nothing was even set up intentionally. Then gradually increase the time. Like you said you were going to do. Keep us updated on how that works, and if she reacts at all in the short period of time.

Well, today I was unable to find a puppy sitter for Rosa and decided to leave her in the bathroom for the 3 hours that I would be out for and I'm happy to say that it went fantastically! Wasn't happy about leaving her, but I set her up in the bathroom with the windows open and cold water in the bath (which she appears to have spent time in haha), along with two big bowls of cold water, her bed, loads of toys including her squeaky orang-utan (sorry neighbours!), a bulls penis and a strip of dried tripe, and the radio which I found in a cupboard yesterday, playing classical music. When I got back I pottered around in the house for a bit (actually desperately shutting all the windows coz I'm convinced I heard thunder) before coming into the bathroom to see her. She was lying in her bed happily! For a change, the bathroom was quite clean, and nothing was destroyed, and it appears that she spent the majority of the time sleeping. I'll check with my neighbours to see if there was any noise, but it looks good!
Gonna start leaving her in the bathroom at nights now as it's gotten really hot again and too hot for her to be in her pen.

Glad to hear it went well smilesbetter!  Sounds like she had lots to keep her occupied haha! All Alfie gets when we go out is his radio on, water bowl, bed and usually just one toy. I'll throw him a few biscuits as I'm leaving too. He spends the whole time sleeping, don't know why I bother giving him a toy as I know he never touches it haha |

Haha I'm not sure if Rosa actually touched her toys either alfiemummy as they were all still in her bed, I think she just slept, she didn't even finish the bulls penis! |
