SarahHound thats a wonderful photo of Skye! Makes me wanna run in and tickle her belly haha, although I imagine I'd get swiped immediately if I did! Why do cats have such cute furry bellies if they don't want tickles! They're just asking for it!

Hahaha @gillykat bet Lily wasn't too impressed by that! Great photo, sounds like Chilli really has adopted Lily as her own haha. Wonder if Sandy will get the same grooming treatments from her

They're so funny - Chilli will just grab Lily around her neck ands wrestle her to the ground and start washing her. Lily just lies and accepts it.....until Chilli bites her They then start wrestling for a few minutes and it usually ends with them washing each other again It would be LOVELY if Chilli adopts Sandy I was worried about how she would react to a dog but seeing the way she's reacted to various things over the past few months has me thinking she may not be as 'shy' as I originally thought I'm beginning to think it's just Neil she's iffy about (or men in general ) and everything else she just accepts as part of her world The main thing, when we ring Sandy home, is to NEVER let her chase the cats and start regarding it as a fun game

Rosa has never been allowed to chase the cats but still darts at Carlotta. Working hard to change the behaviour but not sure how yet. Argh haha! Please try get a video of Chilli doing that to Lily, would love to see it have you tried getting Neil to start feeding Chilli and slow blinking at her and stuff? She'll see he's alright eventually. Carlotta took a while with my man, but she was super shy for months when we first got her and she was only okay with me coz I spent so much time getting her to trust me. She jumped up onto his shoulder the other night for the first time ever and let him walk around with her up there - she trusts him more than she trusts me now I think!

It's not just stopping Sandy chasing the cats @gillykat it's the other way round too. I've tried and tried to stop Jasper but to no ends, but on the odd occasion that he leaves Bandit alone she'll swipe him to get him to chase her. It drives me mad, HELLLLLLLLLP!!!!

Here's yesterday's photo. Every day these two get a bit closer! M's owner remembered he had a cat today (not heard from him in over 2 months even though he's meant to pay her food etc) and he might be coming to visit her for the first time in the 7 months we've had her today! She's mine now though, hope he just admits that and let's it be without any trouble. And here is today's. Carlotta has returned to sleeping on the bed, woohoo! She chose to sleep between my man and I last night and I was sticking off the bed a bit but it's awesome to have her back!

Yes, we've tried all that. I think it'll just take time but eventually she'll come to trust her Dad When we first got her in late October she ran out the room if he so much as looked at her but now she's not so bad. And food....in the early days she could be starving but wouldn't touch anything from Neil because, obviously, Daddy Was Trying To Poison Her I've got a video of the girls playing & washing somewhere.....I'll see if I can dig it out
