To be honest orpheous87, the vet started to mention a prescription and then she came out with some Malaseb. I looked online and with a prescription I can buy it for just over £11 (plus prescription charge). I was charged £30 for it at the vets!

It's crazy how much things are marked up just through buying them from the vet isn't it?

Bit late to the party here but thought I would chip in anyways lotsofcatsAlfie has 3 different prescription medications, I get all of them online with a written prescription from my vet - it costs just under £14 for each prescription but I still save (some) money buying online than from my vet. As an example, Alfie has eye drops that cost £50 per tube from my vet, with the written prescription I can get 2 tubes and they only cost £30 each online, so I save around £26 each time. I definitely save money with his other medications too, I've just forgotten how much! It's almost always worth buying online instead.

It will definitely make a big difference if I get a prescription from the vet. Is there a time limit on a prescription?

https://www.instagram.com/p/CT_-V0xotzC We were at the beach nice and early this morning for a lovely quiet walk before the rain came (dog pics start on the 3rd pic). Not that we got much rain in the end! If you click on the photo, and go to the picture of Pepper on the left underneath, you'll see the rest of the pics I took today

Here's some pics from our visit to see my puppy grandson Ted on Saturday and he had his brother Bill visiting. They are both adorable and very loving. Meet Bill and Ted. They are a bit manic together but apparently, not as bad as when they are together at Bill's house, where they have chewed the legs of the dining table! 1) A headless me with Ted. on Flickr 2) Ted on the left and Bill on the right on Flickr 3)Bill looking like a soft toy. Nice socks on my son! on Flickr 4) Ted sat on my daughter's lap. on Flickr

Lovely photos lotsofcats , they look like a really handful. Yes, definitely a handful together, but so gorgeous. After the last two days I know exactly what you mean. I've been put back on furlough so I've been looking after my neighbors for them while they have a new heating system put in. Jasper has loved it though.

I expect you had to watch every move they make to see what they were up to. Back on furlough? It ends at the end of this month doesn't it?

Yes it ends on the 30th but we have no work for me to do, so they are getting as much out of the government as they possibly can. Jasper and Buttons get on well and love playing tug together, but they drive me mad playing chase. 20210922_140617 by Cazypops, on Flickr
