I felt a bit sad over the weekend.🥲 Don’t know if I have mentioned before but I found the owner of one of Riley’s siblings brother and sister on face book Tango and Tegan . Tango is Riley’s double. I keep in touch with him through Facebook but a few months ago his son took over the owners facebook account and announced the very sad news that his dad had passed away. His son lived in Jamaica so I knew that Tango and Tegan would not live with him. I did mention to hubby that I hoped the dogs were ok , so I decided to contact Riley’s breeder whom I am friends with on face book just stating that I hope the dogs were ok.
I received a message from her yesterday stating Tango had been re-homed down south and Unfortunately Tegan was put to sleep because she had a neurological episode so the son decided to put her to sleep 🥲
I’m now over thinking 🤔 that perhaps I should have some how contacted the son because we would have homed Tango with us , he had the same temperament like Riley very anxious and I worry that someone with no experience would struggle with him.🥲but it is what it is .😕
I also did mention to hubby about contacting the son but he just said the son would make sure that they were both looked after, I’m thinking now I should have gone with my own instincts 😕

I can understand your way of thinking chantel. Hopefully Tango will be well looked after with his new owner.

Thanks Guys 🙏yes I’m really proud 😊 I’m looking forward to a bit of me and doggy time now. Any spare time I have had has gone on studying 📚 it’s been very hard going at times. Next - I will be updating my CV but not sure what’s next , maybe 🤔 looking out for a job in the animal environment. I never did it for a job opportunity it was more for me and my mental health when my Dad died but we will have to see. Who knows, I just wish I had done it years ago when I was younger 🥰

Easier to learn when you are younger chantel. Will you go for another qualification? I was nearly 40 by the time I got my accounting qualifications.
