I submitted my course work unit 6 Travelling with your dog before the Easter break and I got my grading yesterday- a pass so I only one more unit to do before the end of June and I will have completed it 😀

Well I got up yesterday with a real chesty cough and feeling rubbish 🤧
My chest feels really sore today when coughing and I have got ear ache and a really bad headache, thankfully it’s my day off today.
I can’t believe that I have gone from doing 2 dog walks in a morning with no issues, I have walked Elsa this morning and my chest feels so sore and wheezy , no way could I walk Riley now , hopefully if it stays dry I will walk him later with hubby if the rain stays away ☔️
Hubby is very sore today and was in a lot of pain during the night , I think because the anaesthetic had worn off .

Get the pain killers out chantel, for you and hubby. What you've got sounds like what I had over Easter, the headaches were awful. It's still on my chest now, but it is loose. I didn't go to the doctors because of it being Easter and by the time Tuesday came around I thought I was getting better. Some days I felt better and some days I didn't!. I hope you both feel better soon. |

The problem is scallywag he can tell when the painkillers are wearing off and can only take 2 every 4 hours , so he’s trying to hang on until 2pm so he can take them again at 6pm and 10pm before he goes to bed. Yes it does sound like what you had over Easter lotsofcats , I had a horrible headache on Sunday that wasn’t lifting at all with paracetamol and unfortunately I can’t take co codamol either☹️I started with a chesty cough 😷 yesterday . I’m just chilling today and taking regular paracetamol,but had to double up on my fostair inhaler. |

I have my medication delivered and each time I phone the pharmacy and tell them not to send any Fostair inhalers, and each time they say we know, it's noted on here! and each time they send another one???!!! I had number 8 delivered yesterday. On one delivery there was a sticker stating No Fostair inhaler until further notice on the bag - and the inhaler was in there. |

Well unfortunately I have not made it into work today, feeling really rubbish with my chest and throat.
I really struggled at work yesterday but dragged myself in because I knew we were short staffed and did not have a manager on site .
I did start to get myself ready for work but I just knew that I would struggle with being on the phones.
By the time I got home last night I had no voice 🤧
So I’m hoping with a few days to rest I should be ok for Monday.

Try and rest up , not talk , and stop stressing , the doctors will cope . They wont think any more of you by going in , you need to look after number 1 , no one else will x
