The bruising has come out now but my cheek is very swollen.
I struggled at work yesterday just looking at a computer screen all day 🙈my head was just banging and I got a few comments 😂
I’m off today but very anxious today worrying about tonight - not knowing if there will be any fireworks and not knowing whether to give them both any medication.
I’m hoping for a break in the rain so I can take them both a walk and it will help with my anxiety 😟 x

I know hubby thinks that -Riley is fine I could give him just 1 sedative and he will just be chilled out.
Elsa is the problem- she has been prescribed Trazadone but - she gets very anxious for the first hour 🙈I don’t think she likes the feeling of being spaced out bless her 🐶

I was hoping might have put off the fireworks 🎆 but no 🙈not too many - Riley wasn’t too bad although I gave him just 1 sedative and he was aware but more relaxed 😀Elsa had 1 but she slept for 10 mins then she was just doing her laps around the settee 🙈at one point she had done 13 laps bless her .
We could hear them in the distance when we were in bed but thankfully they never woke .
I think she will have to be given her trazadone at the weekend.

I could smell fireworks last night but I didn't hear any. I expect we'll get them Friday through till Monday.

No fireworks 🎇 last night but agree with lotsofcats Friday - Monday and then the next 2 weekends probably 🙈I’m dreading the weekend but have meds ready and waiting- I just hate giving the Trazadone to Elsa because then we have to wean her off them for 1 week 🙈the sedatives don’t have the same effect on Elsa . |

RANT RANT 🙈
Well I was working until 6:30 last night but I thought I thought that me and hubby had agreed that there might be a few fireworks 🎆 last night so to start Elsa on her trazadone - we have to give them to her 2 hours before they start ) so o I was thinking about 3:30 🤷♀️she get very anxious for the first hour whilst they kick in so someone needs to sit with her.
Well - has I was locking up I heard loads going off but thought hubby would have given them so didn’t think I needed to text him .
Well when I got home after a very stressful Friday late at work- Riley was running around panting like crazy and Elsa very much the same 🙈hubby had only given 1 sedative each to them both around 6pm 🙈Grrrrr😡no trazadone to Elsa - so I said there’s loads of you know what’s going off and his reply “ oh I didn’t think it would be too bad 😡
So it was too late to give the trazadone so they both had another sedative and Riley was asleep bless him 1 hr later .
But Elsa was on our bed panting, drooling getting herself in a right old state 😢
Anyway I will cut a long story short - me and Elsa just stayed on our bed for the rest of the evening and eventually she fell asleep 😴 bless her but it was a very stressful night 😫

So sorry for the long rant 🙈
I’m absolutely dreading this weekend I feel really anxious - neither of us slept very well because we were both listening out for fireworks🥲
