I had both jabs done at the same time last year tonib and I felt ill for one day. Hopefully you will be fine for your trip. |

I still felt a bit under the weather first thing chantel, after Kobi woke me up at 3am and I had to take some Paracetamol, then couldn't go back to sleep until 5.30am. I'm feeling fine now. Why aren't you having any jabs scallywag? Glad you are feeling better lotsofcats I should be having my flu jab tomorrow at work feeling a bit nervous because I don’t want to feel rubbish lol 😷🤧 |

I had a rheumatology clinic appointment today at 10:am for my circulation problem- I was literally in with the consultant for 8 minutes hubby timed it 😂I waited 30 minutes for bloods doing and then was told I would be another 30 minutes then I had to go to the hospital pharmacy to get a prescription dispensed so another 20 minutes I literally got home and get changed and straight to work 🙈they are starting me on some new medication to try to see if it helps my circulation 🙈 I feel a bit anxious about taking it incase I get any side effects especially with my other meds .

I started the meditation 1 tablet in the evening for 2 weeks and if I can tolerate it I can up it to 2 tablets- I started them Thursday night - I felt very spaced out and had a terrible migraine type headache Friday morning same again Saturday morning so hubby told me to drop it down to 1/2 a tablet and touch wood I have been ok 😀so I will persevere and up it to 1 tablet after 1 week and see how things go.

I’m off to Newcastle this weekend on the train 🚆 i’v not seen my Aunt since my uncle’s funeral 12 month ago due to all the train strikes then I was poorly from March - end of may then my aunt was on holiday then we went so it’s my first opportunity 😀I want to go whilst it still light late afternoon.
It will be strange not seeing Tao when I visit 🥲last time I went he woke me up at 2:30am 🤣
