Internet works it's the tablet thingy and phone that have problems connecting to it !. OH 's PC is fine. I am not known for my technical knowledge and therefore get REALLY annoyed when things go wrong.
Have had problems sleeping since our children were little but some nights are worse than others. Have a funeral today so that it is on my mind.

Thank you. It was a lovely service and there were lots of people there ( all doing their best to ' social distance etc). It was a very close friend of many years and her death was so sudden, a total shock to family and friends. The only consolation is that she is reunited with her husband who passed just five months ago. 😥
Trying to look forwards now and the possibility of seeing daughter, husband and baby who may be visiting next week. 🤞( Depending on what Boris says of course)

We hope that everyone is able to enjoy Christmas in the way they wish. It has been another strange year and we can only hope that this terrible pandemic starts to subside next year and that we can return to some semblance of " normality ". Here's hoping to a better 2022.
Best wishes to one and all from
me and mine x

Thank you. Everything is organised for them to visit ( they cannot actually stay with us as son in law is allergic to dogs and he can only manage a couple of hours at a time before he has to leave the house for a while to literally get his breath back ). The fridge and freezer are stocked up, packets of baby food bought ( in case our meals aren't suitable), highchair and fire guard brought down from the loft and cleaned up and doglets primed to behave . Baby has just turned ten months old, continually on the go ( not walking yet but could win a ten yard dash crawling 😀), chatters away and has the BIGGEST smile. I'm not at all biased of course but she is such a happy, smiley baby you cannot help loving her.

He takes a double dose of anti histamine ( after checking with pharmacist that it's safe to do so) but he still only manages a couple of hours. He really suffers, bless him. Our dogs are VERY fluffy and seem to shed continually.

And enjoy the whirlwind 🤣🤣 unless he has started walking in past 48 hours 🤦♀️🤣🤣🤣

Thanks for asking but the whirlwind arrives tomorrow until Wednesday. We are on baby - alert - clear up today and will be moving everything at baby height that could be a problem. She's not naughty, just a typical curious little baby girl. Anti histamine at the ready in case s-i-l has forgotten his. Vegetarian food for daughter. Non alcoholic beer for brother in law who will be driving. Proper beer for son who isn't 🤭. Heating cranked up for sister who is always cold. Think we're ready .....but it seems REALLY strange as this is the first time since the pandemic began that we ve had more than the occasional person in the house.
Hope everyone had a good day yesterday and looking forward to a more ' normal' New Year 🤞

We had a lovely Christmas. HO's mum and dad came on Christmas day and stopped over night. Everything went to play and the day was enjoyed by everyone except Jasper, he only went and ripped one of his dew claws off AGAIN! Honestly I despair of the dog sometimes. He's ok and back to his normal self again today.
