Sorry to hear the results weren't what you were hoping for alfiemummy It's good that he hasn't noticed anything, though. At least he's enjoying himself! He's even still coming to work (when it's cool enough)! Honestly I swear Spaniels just don't ever want to age Haha, I know exactly what you mean! A few weeks back Pepper tried to jump onto an information board. It wasn't anywhere near horizontal, but it didn't stop her trying

At last, my aerobics class can restart on Thursday 2nd September! I haven't been since March 2020! We've been told to wear masks and when we leave, to wipe down door handles with antibacterial wipes. I hope we are not expected to wear a face mask while we exercise, we'll be passing out! It is a very small class, only 6 or 7 of us, so we can certainly practice safe distancing. I won't be able to do the standing exercises as my foot injury is still painful, but I'm hoping to do the floor exercises. I've put on weight since I last went, so here's my incentive to start dieting.

I think my local council are mad. We have, on the outskirts of town, a drive-through McDonalds, a hotel and a KFC, all built just off a large roundabout on a dual carriageway. It is an accident spot due to the many lanes in and out of the dual carriageway. Recently, they decided to install a crossing with lights - yes, on a very busy dual carriageway!! I presume it's for people to cross over to get to McDonalds, but it's not near any houses - why would people be walking along a dual carriageway?

Maybe they've already been doing that and that's why they decided a crossing was needed?

Yes, it is a bit nippy today and we've had some rain too. It definitely feels autumnal. You will certainly miss your sister scallywag. Are you close to the others? My bank holiday was non-eventful. My son and his girlfriend came up for Sunday lunch but didn't bring Ted - I haven't seen him for about 3 weeks. They said he'd gone with Luke's girlfriend's parents to Cardiff Roath Park with their dog Bill. I think they are avoiding bringing him here as he had fleas and they think he caught them from Kobi. I have flea treated my cats and Kobi twice in 5 weeks and they still have fleas! Must be a good year for fleas. I'm ordering some Advocate, the Frontline Plus is no good.

You'll need to do the house too lotsofcats. Fleas are a nightmare, we're suffering with them too and we don't even have a cat! Damn the neighbours that do lol. I ended up getting some Advantage for the dogs and I just ordered Indorex spray to do the house with.

My boss and his wife have Covid. As he'd been in work I got worried yesterday and sent one of the boys to the local Covid testing centre for some of the rapid lateral flow tests. We all did a test in work and were all negative, thank goodness.

Had a bargain on Saturday. Went into our local Primark store to look around. Primark can be full of rubbish clothes most of the time but sometimes they have some good things. I bought a pair of stretch jeans and some socks. On the way out my daughter spotted a dress in the sale. It is really lovely, nice material and style and best of all....only ÂĢ1 in the sale! It fits her perfectly and looks lovely on.
