Recently I have been considering introducing maybe another guinea pig or pair to Letticia & Elphaba as I've been looking at getting a larger cage. After reading up on how to introduce them safely and what behaviours are normal, what aren't and when to intervene. I was wondering if anyone could tell me about their experiences good and bad... as I'm not 100% how I feel about the risk that could be involved...is the level or risk high for them to harm each other? Or just point blank not get along?

Females are usually very easy to group together, so 2 more females are likely to be fine. It's when you have 2 or more males that things get tricky. A friend of mine is a 'piggy saviour' and when she sees people giving females 'free to good home' on the likes of Gumtree, Facebook, Preloved etc, she takes them, as often free small animals will end up as reptile food or dog bait. Anyway, she has a group of 19 girls now and they all get along great! She's never had a squabble. Go for it I say As long as you make sure everything is neutral when you introduce them, should be fine. Washing toys, bowls, bottles etc and even the cage floor and walls in white vinegar neutralises everything.
