Do your cats greet you when you come home. My two don't and if I walk in the same room as them they will walk out and go to another room, so much for feeling loved.

Mine follow me everywhere (typical of the breed!) and greet me like I've been gone for weeks

Skye does, she loves me more than life its self. More often than not though, she is actually out with me. She' comes to work most days and sits outside the door!

It depends on how hungry they are!!! My oldest is more likely to greet me but she is a heavy sleeper so if she is asleep then no. But I do get a nice welcome first thing in the morning and thats got nothing to do with food.

when we meet in the morning if he has spent the night on top of his scratching post he will smell my head who knows why then jumps down for a little head rub and off he goes to check if the house is as we left it the last night

Elsa is an indoor mog and has the house to herself when we're out except the living room where the entrance is. So I'll get in the house and there will be a little face mewping at me at the glass door to the 2nd living room (no, we're not posh, simply not open plan!). She always greets us. Then runs to the kitchen for food. Hmm, like to think it's love but I think she just knows human= nosh! x x
