We've gone with 3rd August at 23:59 BST so hopefully we can catch everyone who may have difficulties or be on holiday. We'll forget August as a competition month as a lot of people will be on holiday anyway. We'll be on holiday some time in August, but we will be going later than the 3rd. |

I feel for Toni and SW - Organising times for closing to one thing and opening to the next step of that thing can get hard. I am doing it with a 2 weekly dog poll on my blog! |

BorderTerrier, we reckon on 16 days after the closure (end of 3rd August) so that those on 2 weeks holiday have a chance to vote so probably end of Monday 19th unless anyone says that will really cause them a problem. There is a bit of leeway
