We chose Bernie before he was even born. As some of you know we were on the breeders waiting list for almost a year. We decided from day one that we wanted a male. We were originally 3rd on the waiting list for a male but the 1st couple moved to Sweden and the 2nd ended up falling pregnant and decided not to get a puppy so we got bumped up to 1st in line. Months later, the bitch had a litter of 3: 2 females and 1 male! We got our boy, Bernie Bernie on the left, his sister Lily in the middle and sister Vye on the right

I picked Bernie out before I had even read you post. Cutie. Why I got Cooper - I have always loved smoochie faced dogs and wanted a Boxer when I was younger. But after reading about them I realised they were not the dog for me. I had seen Boston Terriers and after reading up about them realised how perfect they were for me, just had to persuade hubby. We went to Discover Dogs in London to meet some. And went to champ shows. I also contacted two local breeder who I liked the sound of and the look of theirs Bostons. One I dismissed as I didn't like things at their home. The other one was lovely. We both asked each other lots of questions and I enjoyed meeting all their Bostons. They then said they would contact me when they had a litter that had Bostons available. Just over a year later (after keeping in touch and chatting by email) we went to see a litter. I was worried as I knew I wanted a boy and they wanted to keep a boy and there was only 3 puppies, two of which were girls. I feel in love with the only boy straight away and he kept coming over for cuddles. Lucky for me they decided to keep a girl so I got My Boy Cooper.

He looks so different to his sisters doesn't he. Much bigger boned than them. He's still massive compared to them now!
