Animals I love: I am a big animal lover but i have a special place in my 💓 for Dogs and Cats.
Pets I own: I am owned by 2 Rough Collies 🐶🐶 called Riley and Elsa and a rescue Cat Freddy😻 and not forgetting the new additions Mabel 🐹and moonlight 🐹 I have previously owned 2 german spitz named Mitzi Moo and Phoebe my 2 little angelsxx gone but never forgotten xx
And my late rescue cat Sindy that I keep close to my heart ♥️

Yesterday and today very much the same - dry with the sun trying to get out .
I have managed to get all my washing mainly bedding washed and nearly dry.

Had the odd sprinkle but certainly not the rain that was forecast. Its a mizzling start here atm. Forecast much the same as what yesterday should have been. We will see

Heavy terrestrial rain from the early hours with no chance of it calming down.
Let the pooches out this morning on the garden , I was stood underneath hubby’s big umbrella ☔️
Hubby on standby up until the weekend due to several river banks bursting.and I think things will just get worse.

I just had an email from my penfriend in Florida, she is waiting for Hurricane Milton to hit. She said she has never been more afraid in her life. She is away from the coast and was told to evacuate, but everyone on her street is staying put. I'm praying they will be fine.

Haven't heard from her today yet, but they are 5 hours behind. She did email me to say her house was only built in 2002 and it is supposed to be hurricane-proof. She was bedding down for the night in the pantry, which is in the centre of the house.
