after a lovely warm day , the heavens opened , around 3 , thunder etc, this went on till after bed time. 3am was still very blustery

We had rain last night but no thunder or lightening. On the news it showed a recycling plant in Oxfordshire get hit by lightening and it caused a fire. It's a lovely warm and sunny day here.

It's been raining for a few days here varying from heavy to light showers. Agnes only really gave us a lot of wind but no real storms.
It's sunny today & breezy so washed various cat bedding so could hang it outside as everything is taking a while to dry indoors (no tumble drying for cat bedding) & of course the breeze is now more like the wind before rain so keeping my fingers crossed!

Extremely windy again here in the north east today. Occasional rain. No idea if it's another storm or just a particularly windy day!

mistyanna what do you have there where you are xx It’s been beautiful and sunny this week. It started cooling down for a bit, and I think we finally hit below freezing during the night, but today and tomorrow we actually have a high of 24°C again, then it’s supposed to go back down |

Not too bad here as well, the odd spit of rain but otherwise dry but the lawn didn't dry until quite late so it didn't get mown  |

Reasonably nice day today, was doing bits & pieces in the morning & afternoon. Mid afternoon, I'd got the lawn mower out as needed to get it past where I was hoping to put out some laundry to dry. Put out the laundry & continued with what I was doing. Late afternoon I went to do the lawn just as it started to spit with rain. So got the laundry in (not dry of course!) & then put the lawn mower away as I didn't fancy mowing for an hour plus in the rain. by the time I'd done all that of course it had stopped spitting So I could have done the lawn!!! It's supposed to be dry tomorrow so might be able to do it then but I've got things on most of the day. Getting ready to go away & also moving things for the carpet cleaners on Tuesday morning. The cats go to the cattery first thing in the morning so I'll be clearing/cleaning litter trays/mats feeders, water bowls. Moving cat beds/boxes off floors etc. Along with taking lamps or anything else off side tables & cabinets so they can be moved. Tuesday I'll be tied up whilst the carpet people are in as apparently they don't move anything heavyish (health & safety) including beds not on casters. There are somethings that I will be prepared to move(drag) for them which might be borderline heavy so want to be available. I've got an appointment 3-3:30 but its supposed to be dry until 5pm so I might get the lawn mown on Tuesday, even if its a case of front Monday & back Tuesday. It wouldn't be too bad to leave but I've got a visitor coming back with me the following week so I'd quite like it to look not too overgrown!!  |

Well so much for a dry sunny day, definitely not sunny & even some rain! But its supposed to be dry & sunny tomorrow until around 6pm although its misty overnight & early morning, I hope I can get the lawn mown tomorrow otherwise it will be at least another week.

Up since 5am pitch black and 11 degrees. Its murky looking . Now at 7am.
I ordered a couple of chunky Jumpers from Cotton Traders , they arrived yesterday 👍 Not sure why l did that when im walking around in a T shirt and capri pants still 🤦♀️🤭 .
