The promised storm has just passed over. All we got was a strong wind, and thunder and lightening in the distance. Lasted all of 20 minuets, and still no rain.
It was so hot today we had to leave Jasper at home while we went for a drink.

You LOVE Jasper , you wont believe the people who had their dogs out in town , it was 30+ here today , makes me so mad 😤 |

Yes it’s 26* here at the moment the dogs have been out on the garden 🪴 but it’s far too hot 🥵 for me and for them . Definitely no walks 🐾🐾this weekend it’s cooler around 9pm well it was last night but they are just so exhausted with the heat we are letting them just do their own thing. ☀️ at the moment they are in the living room with the windows shut and curtains shut with the tower fan on and it’s lovely and cool 🙂 Same here scallywag it reached 29* 🥵yesterday and me and hubby saw a man walking his border collie 🙈it’s tongue was nearly touching the floor 😡people are idiots sorry but they are 🥲 |

We go on holiday tomorrow to Scarborough and taking Jasper with us. I've been and bought him a cooling bandana to wear. I really hope it's a bit cooler over on the east side of the country.

Have a lovely holiday cazypops ⛱️hope it’s not too warm in the car for jasper on the journey down although the cooling bandana will help and you can always put the air conditioning on 😀 We go to flamborough in September hoping it’s a bit cooler Riley is slowing down now and he’s struggling with the heat 🥵they have both been indoors over the weekend other than nipping out on the garden for a wee and going out later at night when it’s cooler xx |

We have thunderstorms forecast for around 4pm today, so finger crossed. |

We are in for a thunderstorm here, it said 4pm on the forecast but it has just started thundering and it's getting rather grey.
