Whooohey don't you just love the way this forum is managed ? The adds can be moved, I keep telling but no one is at home,or wants to listen, the ads can be moved above the forum banner, ( well that is when we get the banner back ) that way they are not so much in your face

I was just wondering, how much do people think ProBoards benefit from the Adverts when they are there? Do you think there is a vast difference when they are and are not there?

How can you move the ads above the banner? By the way, I like your new rainbow sig.

I was just wondering, how much do people think ProBoards benefit from the Adverts when they are there? Do you think there is a vast difference when they are and are not there? Proboards get an income from having adverts on forum sites which enables them to run the computer equipment & software for all their forums, which is why forum owners have to pay if they wish to remove adverts on their forums. The payments are for credits to use against a particular month's forum usage. If that usage exceeds the credits for the month then adverts appear again, which is why the adverts appear towards the end of a calendar month at differing times as it will depend on the usage. More can be bought but any unused balance can't be carried over to the next month so I suspect its a difficult call for Your Pet as to how much, which is why they may decide not to. Awww that's my beloved Tobiroo cazypops we lost, so so different to Beau. Yes you can use a plug in and programme the ads to be positioned above the forum banner ( well that's if the banner is ever returned to us LOL ) x I still have my banner! x Only comment I would add is that its the forum admins that can move the adverts not individual members -probably obvious but thought I would add it just in case .... Nice memorial to Toby, scallywag.
