Hi everyone, long time no see! Whats gone on? In short... Mop, cats and I have moved to Buckinghamshire last Christmas - most likely will be on the move again this year, because I'm back job hunting again. Alfie is fine, grey, but he's happy! Tilly, we sadly lost Tilly a month or two ago - She started to have funny turns and was starting to go off of her back legs. The sparkle literally was no longer in her eyes, so the kindest thing to do for her was to let her go. I was wondering whether anyone can advise or direct me to somewhere for home cooked diets for Mop? She's a very fussy eater (known in the breed), but enjoys cooked fish, sweet potato, rice, ETC. My concerns for doing it myself is not knowing if she's getting a balanced diet. www.differentdog.com/ - I've come across this website, and thought I'd ask for opinions! TIA.

So sorry that you lost Tilly. You did the kindest thing for her.
Can't advise you on a home cooked diet sorry, my lot just have tinned or packet food plus chicken and fish.
It's nice to have you back on the forum. As you can see, it is very quiet.

Nice to hear from you again bectil. Good luck with the job hunting. So sorry to read about Tilly but she would have appreciated the last act of love you made for her. RIP Tilly. Glad to hear Mop & the cats are doing well with you. I presume Alfie is still with your family rather than in Buckinghamshire. Sorry can't help re home cooked diets as no experience of them for dogs or cats.

Hi scallywag! In regards to this thread, ever since Mop has been spayed, she is now a ganit. She went from living off air to rooting through bins and stealing food from under our nose's.. it's amazing and quite a weight off of my shoulders! We did move, we're all (including my boyfriend) are in Bath now. Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear about Beau! 😢 I'm going to catch up on things now.
