I don't know if anyone else lives here in the Midlands but just in case there is I thought I'd create a post regarding Alabama Rot.
We have had several suspected cases of this horrible, horrible condition in Notts this past week. The first dog to die is now with a specialist vet who is performing an autopsy to confirm that the dog was suffering ( or not ) from AR. The results won't probably been known for another week but in the meantime everyone locally is avoiding the area in question. I have heard of two deaths and up to 12 other affected dogs so far 😢. It is the NG16 area close ish to Junction 26 of the M1.
Take care.

Have just heard that the dog who died recently had definitely got Alabama Rot. Apparently there have been 12 confirmed cases throughout the UK which is a bit scarey to say the least. So.....all you dog owners out there be extra vigilant with your doglets.
