How are we all coping without going to the hairdressers or barbers?
My last haircut and colour was the end of January. My appointment was due on Saturday 28th March and we went into lockdown on Monday 23rd. I have cut my fringe and my style is okay so far. I have dark roots showing and each time I see a grey hair I pull it out! Luckily I don't have many. My next booked appointment is 31st May, so I am praying the hairdressers will be open by then.

My last appointment was 21st February. I don't book regular appointments just phone up when I feel it starting to need doing, it does grow quite quickly. I don't colour or perm it normally (I had a light body perm for when I had my hand op last year but that's over a year ago) so its only a cut & blow dry I'm missing. The ends are now turning up but the main issue is that it needs thinning out to remove the weight. I've fairly fine hair but a lot of it result it doesn't look over thick but as time goes by the weight flattens it to the head - no bounce! Although naturally mainly straight it can at the ends when a bit longer so is now sticking out in various places!!! Luckily the fringe seems to be missing my eyes which is odd as normally the first sign of needing the hairdresser is that its in my eyes!!

Haircuts keep us in trim.
Some Polish friends, they have clippers.
So I can drop them a brown one and job done.

I thought lockdown was when your hair falls to the floor. Shame the barbers won't reopen yet. I'm quite cut up about it really.

I’m missing my hairdresser so much it’s got way too long & well I won’t even mention the colour my hairdresser keeps sending me messages which is nice bit of a boost knowing you’ll be one of the first she calls once the lockdowns eased

My hairdressers are always so busy that everyone books way in advance. My next appointment is the end of this month and I am praying that things are back to normal by then, if not, it's the end of July! My poor sister has very thick and coarse hair which tends to grow outwards!

Something happening this week. Thursday.
Reducing social distancing. Back to school. Non essential shops to reopen (includes barbers?)
Even talk of pubs and restaurants reopening.
Before June like I said all along. I should be in Parliament! That'd shake things up.
