I was walking Millie this morning and saw a big kerfuffle on the pavement ahead. I got there and saw a cat lying on the pavement, in really bad way. I won't go into details. A cyclist had pulled him off the road. His owner was there distraught. He was still alive so I asked if they wanted the number for the vets but they said it was too late.
So although I didn't really know you, RIP you poor boy. xx

RIP not a nice way to find your cat, how sad. Hope it didn't suffer too much x

Sad, although I'd still have taken the cat to a vet even if only to finally stop the pain

One can only be thankful that someone was there to assist, albeit too late. Rest in peace kitty.

What an awful experience for all involved. But like tonib said, I'd have still taken the poor cat to the vets. RIP poor puss.

I'd have taken the cat too. I don't know what they did in the end.
