I am 105 so ticked the 50 plus box.Befor you dare to shoot me I am 28 in my head,(my favourite age)and still swim 64 lengths of the pool (that's a mile) without getting out of puff.Yippee! So be happy folks,most haven't reached my favourit age yet.Put it all down to owning a dog.

Ha Ha!Kidding on the age B.T. but not on the 50 button.And really do swim 64 lengths,it's nothing unusual.It's a lot of very young ones that can't keep up.Obviously they don't have dogs to drag them out in all weathers!I have been amazed at the ages of some dog owners,you see some very very old people and their dogs up in the Lake District,so hang on to your dogs,they obviously keep us fit and happy.
