She’s definitely bigger than the average cat, but I don’t know how she compares to a full Maine Coon Have you ever weighed her? My Maine Coon Kiba-Khan is about 8kg but Kai Ruki weighs less than 6kg because he is a bag of bones!. Both Maine Coons are tall and very long.

Nothing wrong with wanting a Maine Coon spider, they are amazing cats and I would like to always have one. They like a lot of attention. I won't tell Moonbeam.

That Maine Coon is a whopper spider. At the cat show I went to on Saturday they had lots of Maine Coons, my favourite one was black with a white stripe down its face and white chest and paws. There was also a Maine Coon kitten with Toffee's colouring and markings. Toffee must have been a beautiful kitten.

Am I mad? As I said, I won't be taking Blackberry to more cat shows as she's now gained her Master Cat title but I'm thinking of taking Willow to the cat show next year. She's not as naughty as she used to be and she loves being fussed. She's got a gorgeous shiny coat and doesn't knot as much as Blackberry. I'll see what I think nearer the time.

Well done blackberry didn't I tell u she would be great can u keep showing her what's her next step up after that win After winning her Master Cat she could go on for the Grand Master Cat, which would be another 3 shows with awards by 3 different judges. After that is the Imperial Grand Master Cat which is 5 shows with awards from 5 different judges. Then onto the Olympian Imperial Grand Master Cat which has 3 levels, Bronze, Silver and Gold, each with 5 shows and 5 different judges. All much harder to obtain as with each show only 1 Olympian will be awarded. Considering I only go to one show a year, whereas others go all over the country to other shows to gain their awards, Blackberry would be old and grey by then, or should I say, long gone! She's now retired from the showing. Just had an email from the GCCF (The Governing Council of the Cat Fancy) confirming that Blackberry has obtained her Master Cat level and can now be known as MC Blackberry - my daughter said it sounds like a rapper's name!
