Oddly enough Roman chose, without any input from anyone else (unless Lexie's scent put him off the others which it doesn't normally), to sleep in the small pink one again last night, weird!
There's never a fight for a cat bed in this house, thive enough space to ey are all Lexie's!!! She won't give way to anyone & has been known (luckily not often) to pester Roman until he vacates the bed she wants or perhaps, more to the point, doesn't want him to have!
Osiris doesn't have any arguement from a cat about his position on my bed, he will share with Roman but usually that's only if Roman's there first. He'll even complain if I get him to move so I can get into bed. It's a large bed & plenty of room so why does he always lay on the side I sleep on. If I moved to the other (free) side then I'd have to move the radio alarm & drawer contents to the other side's cabinet & vice versa for the phone. He does leave some space for me but not quite enough, he only has to move about 6-9 inches to have enough duvet to cover me!!!! you'd think he'd learn but its the same each night!!!

LOL, tonib I assure you, if you moved to the other side of the bed, then Osaris would move too. I know, I have the same problem with Jasper, but I also have OH wanting my side too.

This was another strange thing one of my cats did the other day. Kali was on my lap and along came Willow (Kali's daughter) and she sat down and washed Kali's face and then started to nose around her tummy looking for milk!!! Willow, you are 7 years old, not a kitten! The milk has all gone.

2 weeks tomorrow for Blackberry's cat show. I'm getting excited! I'm brushing her lots every day to keep her in tip-top condition and used to being handled a lot. I've paid extra this year for a bigger cage at the show as the standard ones are quite small. I keep looking at the weather report for Chepstow for the 26th and at the moment it's a bit of rain and snow. I'm hoping that will change as hubby will say I can't go if it snows.

Blackberry will be feeling like royalty by the time the show comes around lotsofcats, Fingers crossed for the weather, wouldn't he drive you if its not good or is he already acting as chauffeur? I know what you mean about the cages, although I don't know Blackberry's size I wouldn't want to put Roman or Osiris in one of the normal cages & would pay extra for the doubles although Lexie would probably be OK, especially as Lexie would cope with a small litter tray (i.e.kitten size) but Roman definitely wouldn't as was proved when he had to have cage rest, & there's no room for a Roman sized litter tray in one of standard cages. With Ajax showing mainly Devon Rex's it's not so bad, & even Godfrey her BSH X Ragdoll fits OK but they're smaller than my 2 boys although I think Godfrey is slightly bigger than Lexie.

She is royalty tonib! She's my little princess. She's about 5.5 kilos so she's not a small cat. Hubby is driving me to the show.

Looks like the weather will be okay for the cat show on the 26th, it's changed from snow and rain to a dull day.
