Glad Sausage feels better. My cats are on a diet. I pay 32 euro for the Hills Z/D at the vets, while at Zooplus you pay 8 euro less.

Glad Sausage has responded positively to the treatment. At least you have now found a cheaper way of obtaining the meds.

Sorry I've not been on for ages. The kittens are leading me a merry dance at the moment. They've both discovered the woods are full of things to chase and speed over there as soon as I unlock the cat flap in the morning. I had to change the batteries in their loc8tors as I'm buzzing them so much. Sausage is back to normal - no, better than normal. He's been sitting out in the garden with the kittens, sunning himself in the flower bed. He's also sleeping better, not so restless. I am keeping a very careful eye on his urine as changes can be a sign of kidney problems, but so far so good. He isn't having function tests due to his age and other health problems (legs and nipple lump). I think we've reached the stage where we just make sure he is comfortable for whatever time he has got left. It's just stopped raining so Poppy is off again - got to go. x

Those 2 kittens are certainly keeping you busy. So pleased that Sausage has responded well to treatment and is comfortable and enjoying the garden at the moment. It's a similar situation with my dog Aztec - he has recovered well from the stroke he had and is in fact not quite as deaf as he was before - as long as he's happy, eating well and managing to go to the garden (on his lead) we will just take one day at a time.

Oh so glad the meds have made Sausage feel so much better. I was imagining the worse when you weren't on here!
The good weather has made our cats more adventurous outside as well.
