cpl haved noted it.spca phoned and inspector will call me back as may need a warrant to open door otherwise could take a few days rescue and i will have to keep feeding it which i will.its hard when it cries.unlikely prosecution as the catshut in would have been accidentally shut in due to weather and prowling.i will wait in for inspectors call

You're doing very well Jac&Ginge, you are doing the best you can! I really hope that the cat is okay son and that he/she is rescued today! I personally think that they should, isn't it there job to rescue? Not leave the cat there for ages? I know it may be hard to get the cat out from the shed but they could at least try harder considering that the cat has been since round about friday!! Well done Jac & Ginge x

I agree Cia, shouldn't they have surely rescued the cat by now? Or at least tried harder anyway? If that was one of my cats, I would of surely been complaining by now and I would at least want the SPCA to do their job rather than just letting the cat suffer. Ridiculous if you ask me

inspector called just now and met him, managed to get bottom door draft away andcat freed. a happy ending , healthy grey cat.i picked it up and gave it a cuddle and food which attracted an other cat.the cat was very vocal as if to say thanks.i have pics but will have to get size reduced.
relieved at last.the inspector says it looked well looked after and should go home but may visit as i fed it which i dont mind

What a caring person you are Jac finding the poor little thing and caring for it and organising the rescue - Bryan Rex wants you to have a medal.
