Welcome back to the cold scallywag, I saw frost on the lawn this morning for the first time this autumn, it was very clear skies last night & lovely blue skies this morning so that'll be why. At lest with clouds it was warmer! Roman's staying in quite a bit more often on the windowsill cushion which is over the radiator. Lexie has cuddled radiators a few times, even Osiris has been in much more. A sure sign its getting wetter/colder. Having typed the above I decided to check where they all were. Lexie was getting the last of the sun on the conservatory chair back, Osiris was curled up tight on the dining room table - weird I know - & Roman was out but on checking his tracker he's just in our close which is now on the sunny side of the house.

We also had frost this morning on the lawn. I park my car on my mother in law's driveway and my car was fine but the car in front of me (next door neighbour's car - a long story)had frost on it. He's usually gone to work by the time I go so he must have had a day off today. He knows what time I go to work every day and where was he? In bed! Then when he finally appeared he had to get back out of his car and scrape the windscreen. I've been cold all day today. It looks as if we'll have a clear night so that means frost again tomorrow morning. I expect the cats are happy to see you back tonib.

Brrrrrrrrr! A very frosty morning and had to spray and scrape the car windscreen for ages. A nice fresh day. Pegging the washing out was not much fun though.

Still had a hard frost overnight but today must be warmer (I haven't been out yet!) as most of the frost has gone much quicker than previous days wher some has stayed all day!

It wasn't a bad day for weather with just a little rain around 1:30pm but about 4:45 the wind really got up & about 8 it started raining & still is along with the wind! Idiot Osiris spent the dry day in & is now out in the rain! Mind you I've got the last bit of rubbish to put out into the bin for the early morning collection (put the wheelie bin out front whilst it was still light, just 1 more bag to put in it) Hope I get a gap in the rain.

Typical cat to stay in all day and then go out in the rain tonib! Toffee likes to do that. Yesterday it started raining in the afternoon and we had sudden gusts of wind. I was just opening the front door when I came home from work and Toffee was coming up the garden path. He'd got to the corner when a sudden gust of wind blew my tall potted chrysanthemum down onto poor Toffee. He made a funny miaow and ran around to the back of the house and then wouldn't come in. He seemed okay when I got him into the cat pen for the night later. I had to go in and wipe him down though.

Rainy yesterday and very windy in the night. When I put my recycling out this morning I had to rescue one cardboard bag and one box of recycling that had blown up the road. Some of the cat boxes in the pen had moved and they are not lightweight.
A lovely sunny day today.
